For UQAT, we learned to use Notion as a all in one tool for a multitude of tasks. We used it as an internal documentation type wiki, databases, collaboration software to replace Google Drive or One Drive as well as a team management software with Kanban capabilities.
For me I started using it personally for all my classes and personal note taking or side projects before I made the switch to Obsidian. Notion is great because it has a lot of features, focusing on the collaborative aspect of the tool.
In UQAT I was "the Notion Guy", so I often found myself managing information and teams, helping whenever and wherever needed. Because of this I frequently became the manager or assistant manager to most of the projects due to my affinity for the software.
I recommend Notion to those in search of a great replacement tool for Google or One Drive, with a lot more capabilities when it comes to database, collaborative work, wikis and note taking.
